The Indian Health Department (Ministry of Ayush,Government of India) has published a thorough review of the safety ofAshwagandha root. The Expert Safety Report is authored by 18 specialists,doctors, and professors and is a summary of the many hundreds of publishedstudies on Ashwagandha root up to June 2024. The report is a response to theincorrect risk assessment made in Denmark in 2020.
